I purchased a Texa axone supercar package (tablet) from CEAS and a Lamborghini cable. I emailed them with many questions and Todd Myers very patiently and quickly responded to each email and even sent me a YouTube video of the program’s capabilities. I never felt the pressure to buy anything and was on the fence about getting it. I ended up purchasing the supercar TEXA axone package, and it was shipped out right away, but I had issues with UPS and receiving my packages (very frustrating). I recently purchased an alignment machine and rack to be installed at my shop in Grand Ridge Florida. The installation crew was headed by the service manager Jeff Prevatte. Jeff and his crew were professional, efficient and he answered all of my questions. He made sure everything was in working order before he left, and gave me his number if I had any question. They provided exceptional service and as a business owner I was thankful Jeff took his job and crew seriously.
