I dropped in at Cutting Edge to get a second opinion on my tires. Sean helped me right away, and their "tire guy" (sorry, I didn't get his name!) also came over to examine the tires. They answered all my questions patiently, and even recommended several places I could go nearby to have my tires replaced, since they couldn't do it that same day. I'd feel confident coming back when my car needs other work. Huge thanks to Cutting Edge for helping me out!
2006 Mazda Tribute. I went to the dealership where I had purchased the vehicle (my second Tribute) for a repair; not a positive experience; a take it or leave it attitude. One of their employees suggested I try Cutting Edge. Totally different attitude; they actually acted like they wanted my business, and even gave me a ride to my office while the repairs were done. There was a time when my mechanic left Santa Fe and I had to seek a replacement. It was not an easy task. Then one day a new shop opened up named Cutting Edge Automotive. So I went by and looked them over. I found a nice office space with a comfy waiting area, and most importantly I found clean work spaces with well maintained and clean tools.
