Based on reviews I chose this salon and requested Edna. However, she really disappointed me. I called a week in advance to schedule an appointment for root touch up and highlights, day before Valentine’s. When she arrived 10 min late to the salon, she proceeded to tell me she didn’t have the time to do what I was requesting as it was a day before a holiday? Edna has cut my hair for over 10 years and I know every time she is going will make it look great! Wonderful atmosphere, everyone is pleasant and upbeat.
Edna did a beautiful job on my over processed, highlighted hair. She listened to what I wanted wanted done and made her suggestions . We decided on low lights and a condition treatment. My color is great and hair feels beautiful and cut is too. Thanks Edna!!
