They butchered my hair, it looks like a kid took kitchen scissors to doll. Unless you’re getting a straight all one length basic haircut do not go here. The stylist Jennifer cannot do any type of layers or dimensions. I showed pictures on her exactly what I wanted, a dramatic butterfly haircut (pictures of my own hair in that style) and instead of saying, she’s not able to do that she completely butchered my hair… the absolute worst haircut I’ve ever gotten in my life.
