Having my hair done , I waited about a month to get it done. Went in to get a spiral perm and trim. As she was putting on the solution, I told her it was burning my neck, as it dripped down past the cotton. What does she do, Dianna is her name. Handed me a dry towel. It gave me a second-degree burn. I ended up going to the doctor, so it was called a chemical burn. It's been since the early 2000s since I've had one, so i was looking forward to it.
