Sean is the most attentive, skilled hairstylist I have come to in years. My spouse and I both get cuts from him and he’s also great with my color. He accommodates my spouse’s allergies and disabilities and is So caring! We don’t know him outside of the salon but he’s become one of our favorite people.
The waiting area was dirty, there were left over beverages and candy wrappers. The stylist who did my 2 daughters hair did not do a great job, so we came back about an hour later. She did get us right in to fix the problems, however she wasn't very kind about it, never apologized, and said she was rushing because she had clients waiting, as if it were our fault for her messing up the hair cuts... when we left I said have a great day and she said nothing. We went into the shop yesterday to ask how much it would be for my daughter to have a wolf haircut with lots of layers, with thick hair. Shawn met us and told us how much it would be. We made an appointment for today at 9am. We are very pleased with how it turned out! She said she would’ve liked a lot more layers, but she’s inarticulate and introverted. Haha! We will come back!! Thank you so much, Shawn!
