DT is actually a pretty good barber when he is focused on his client and not distracted by his other business ventures. However, his customer service skills are lacking, as well as his ability to accept constructive criticism. One of my last appointments, DT was on a business call the entire time he was cutting my hair. The hour that I paid $50 to get my haircut! I cut my hair rarely which I know can be burdensome for barbers on a time crunch. DT has always made sure to take his time regardless and make sure the cut is as good as it can be given the time frame. He talks you through your hair and what he's going to do in order to clean you up. Been here multiple times and it's always been a 5/5 experience.

DT did an amazing job cutting my son’s hair. My son is on the autism spectrum, and finding a barber who is patient, gentle, and understanding has been a very difficult journey for us. DT flowed with my son, moved at his pace, and made him feel comfortable the entire time. There was no rushing, no frustration just care and professionalism.
