After 20 plus years I had it with Cuttin Loose. My hair was all chopped up especially at top area uneven and in the back. Jeanne told me to come back that she would fix it but I couldn’t as I was nervous to have it be worse. I went to a very professional stylist who travels to cities for classes etc. to consult and school on latest techniques and she had to cut a lot of my hair off to fix and start over.
