Walked in straight in and sat in the chair. Explained what I wanted, confirmed by the hairdresser and executed as asked. Had a nice conversation with the hairdresser and walked out feeling a million dollars and 10 years younger.

I had perfectly straight, all one length, thick hair, almost to my bottom when I entered. Now I have a choppy mess and lost more than half the length. I asked her to take as little as possible off the back and add some layers around my face. The layers are literally steps, not blended at all and the back isn't even close to straight. I'm devastated. Do not recommend.
