Got a quote and sent an email and called multiple times to accept their offer. I guess we weren’t fast enough or something because the person who gave us the quote ignored the emails and calls. Called the company and they claimed they would get back to us. Never did. Not sure why but they really, really don’t want our business.
Gave me a decent estimate for a small job over the phone and scheduled the job within a few days. Came on the scheduled day at the scheduled time and did a nice job. Charged exactly as promised.
