We have just finished our time with Cutten and Co after two years in a rental. We have really enjoyed our time at the rental with both the owner and real estate. Any maintenance issues were sorted in a timely manner. We would highly recommend Cutten and Co to any owners or tenants looking for a rental manager, they are all very lovely and great to deal with. DEFENCE PERSONNEL DON'T APPLY!!! I'd say quality wise 2 and a half stars to be honest If you were normally applying for a rental. But for anyone wanting to get a rental and apply for the Defence clause good luck the the manger will say they'll accept the contract but then when you ask the manger to sign the contract at time thatll suit her she'll gas light you and say she wouldn't accept such a contract. Couldn't ask for a better agent! We used Rebecca to help sell my nan's house after moving back home to northern Ireland as she knows the area very well. I thought the process would be very difficult with nan not being in the country and me living over an hour away from the property but Rebecca helped in any way she could.
