I have used cutstone granite for years but most recently they have laid a big goose egg. I got online giving my name, measurements and what I needed. I received an email back saying I would be contacted the next day by a Josh Vickery. It was the Thurs before Labor Day so I didn’t expect to be. I reached out after Labor Day asking for Josh. I just needed a piece of my own stone cut. Couldn't find anyone to do it for a reasonable price. Cutstone was very courteous. She quoted a fair price, cut it as soon as I arrived, and knocked off 20 bucks from her quote once they saw what I needed. Great people. Definitely saved the day. Thank you!
They are a production shop not a quality shop. If you want reasonably priced material and good workmanship go somewhere else!!
Second time I have used them. Yes, their selection is good. Yes, their measurements were spot on. Their staff is incredible. They kept to my budget and their schedule. Great company. Take your check book, paying with credit card will cost you 3% :-0
