I saw it was empty so I walked in to get a haircut. He told me I had to book an appointment through the Booksy app. I booked it for an hour later and paid at the salon and left a $10 tip. I then got charged a “cancellation fee” for not showing up to my appointment. He put that I didn’t come to take an extra $10 from me. Scammy
