I don't feel like Wood, the barber, wants to cut my son's hair. We have been here three times now. Wood was busy talking to other customers and did not ask my son how he wanted his hair cut. Twice we have asked him to sponge his hair. The first time I don't know why he did not do it, the second time he said he forgot to bring his sponge.
