I had a very disappointing experience at the hair salon in Westfield Southland. After waiting patiently for 20 minutes for my turn, another person walked in and was immediately taken care of by one of the hairdressers, a blonde, heavy-set lady. It was incredibly frustrating and disrespectful, as there was no reason for me to be skipped. I expect better customer service, especially in a professional environment like this. I won't be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone who values their time and fairne

Disingenuous. I received two different prices for student haircuts within minutes. When I confronted the older Asian lady about why the price had suddenly increased from $30 to $35, she made several excuses: - There are different prices for primary school & secondary students - There are different prices Mon - Thu When I showed her the price board, which has an age range of 7 - 17 and no mention of different rates, she started running out of excuses.
