I live out of town and wanted to send flowers to a friend in a local hospital. I found Cuts Creative Florists online and called and talked to Mark. He was very helpful with some ideas that I had. He created an Awesome VT floral creation with flowers and ribbon in orange and maroon colors, (He even sent me a picture of the arrangement before it was delivered) it was made and delivered in under two hours. I will definetly recommend this business to all my family and friends. Thank you again!

Mark was contacted by us after business hours and took the time to come back into the shop to make 2 spray arrangements for a family member's wake and funeral. His time and dedication are outstanding. His work is one of the best we have ever seen. He was quick, effective and reasonable price wise. He made us feel welcome and displayed a true level of empathy for our loss. We recommend this business to anyone and everyone. We wish there were more people in the world like him.

Outstanding! When asking for quotations from Roanoke florists for a very large order, I was so impressed when Mark not only offered a VERY reasonable price, but he also put together and emailed me a picture of what the arrangements would look like for our event. I've known Mark for many years and his arrangements are beautiful and unique. This past weekend he did the flowers for my daughter's wedding. They were exceptional and his suggestions on the mark. Many people commented on the flowers and especially the 'blush' colored roses he helped us choose for the corsages and boutonniers. He arrived in plenty of time to set up and even included fresh flowers for the cake and fresh petals for the flowergirl. Great job.

In the past my family and I had used the business for many occassions. We would tell people how Mark was a great florist and wonderful to work with. Howver, with the passing of my grandmother, we ordered flowers and was shocked with the appearance and the missing ribbon we requested. When I called all that was sad was "Sorry about that it was an over sight" no offer to make it right or correct the mistake that he made. Mark did a wonderful job. He created beautiful arrangements for my wedding. The flowers were fresh and beautiful. He is a joy to work with. He is very excited to help make whatever you what for your special day. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I would recommend 100%.
