The staff and everyone were kind initially, I came in asking for a shag haircut, I showed two stylists 2 different pictures but similar I tried to tell them what I liked soeficially and try to see what we could do with my length but instead they told me to just sit down, etc there was a weird vibe the whole time very quite, I tried making small talk but she seemed not to understand my asking "how is your day going" so I stopped, I had asked multiple times if she had experience with curly hair and if she could do the cut I re... read more

Horrible haircut and color. I feel sick to my stomach. Laura didn't even come close to what I wanted. The picture on the left shows the cut and color I wanted. The middle picture shows what I got. The third pic is my hair before. It took four hours for my hair to basically look the same color as when I started.

Laura has done my hair for the past three years. The first time I went in my hair was red .I wanted it ash blonde she did a great job took all the red out. The ash blonde on my hair was beautiful just the way I wanted it. Her first priority is always her customers satisfaction.
