I'm not gonna lie and pretend to be a customer, I am a stylist at this salon but I would like to clear up the review about the 5.99 cut. We have never had that sale, that wasn't us. More than likely it was Great Clips. I am not one to down another business but I do not want someone thinking this was us. You'll find bad reviews everywhere but we ask that you try us before you judge us. Thank you!
Took my mom there because they were having a $5.99 haircut special and she is a senior (she's 80) and she insisted. Anyway, I heard my mom tell her about how she wanted it cut, but she wanted a layer cut shorter underneath so it would curl under. My mom said this to the girl several times but the girl kept telling my mom that if she wanted it blown out with a big brush it would cost extra. Kendal and Katy both are very talented! Even though the haircut is $12.99, I would pay $50!
I sure as hell did NOT get a scissors cut haircut as I asked for! After explaining what I wanted, she immediately grabbed her clipers and started making me look like a Marine recruit! This is the worst haicutI have gotten in years. And when I complained she said she thought it looked good to cover up her huge mistake. That is the last time I will go there and I encourage people to avoid that place like the plague.
Had my hair cut in Madison by person from this store Audrey, she was nice but didn't listen to what I wanted! It is terrible, it is shorter than my boys or my husband. Wish I had a wig to cover it up. I look like I'm recovering from chemo! So embarrassed! Do not use her!
Robyn is great she cuts and color my hair... Great job every time .. She also does my special needs son. She is great with him...
