When I got my hair perm I told them to not cut my hair but they cut my hair and they charge me more money
Went into the salon twice in one day as a walking spent 45 min each time and people come in after me and was taken ahead of me . No acknowledgment of me or a poor lady with a cane ! Very disappointed
DO NOT GO HERE unless you want your hair completely messed up and be charged almost double after being told a price... Horrible experience. Went in and asked for a wash & cut only, told the lady I wanted it to my shoulders and she cut it to my jaw, then proceeded to charge me extra because she took it upon herself to curl and style my hair when I didn't ask for it. I came in the get my hair fixed because i tried cutting it myself and it just didn’t work. the next day i have a rash going down my next, long story short. after multiple doctor visits i belive this place gave me contact dermitis behind me ears and down my neck. definitely not coming back
