Cuts by the river is great! I have been getting my hair done with Judy for years and I love it. She is so nice and personable and I love getting my hair done by her. Would recommend her to anyone!
Flaky owner. Not impressed and would not recommend. Gossips to customers, like me, about all her other customers, including by name. Very unprofessional.
