I just spoke to a lady to book sometime for a haircut for my kid and she was extremely rude. I had to confront her and ask why she is being so rude and she just hung up on me. This was my first time trying to book them and most definitely the last. For someone in the customer service industry, you can’t be rude to people who are simply trying to find a time that works for everyone. For people trying to book them, if you are looking for a good service with a positive attitude, you ain’t gonna get that here.
