I’ve been a customer across several of their websites for over 8 years, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. I placed a $500 order that was marked as delivered but never arrived. I spent weeks trying to resolve this on my end and at their suggestion, even checked the delivery locations' cameras, which showed the shipping carrier mishandling the delivery. I ordered blank guns from 5 different online stores. Only 2 companies had stock of the products that were listed on their site and that was Cutlery Wholesale (cutlerywholesale.com) and Sharp Import (sharpimport.com). The other blank gun retail charged my card for products they did not have. Instead of refunding me immediately they made me verify my order. Then had me send in a scan of my credit card and ID.
