This company doing work on road in front of our office in Houston, Tx. Blocking traffic in both directions. It is taking employees over 30 minutes to travel the .9 miles to get off the street in front of our office. Person holding traffic sign has it at an angle showing both sides so vehicles do not know whether to stop or go. Traffic just using the "I'm bigger so I'm going" rules so it is chaos. I keep leaving messages for company representative to contact me but no luck.
