Wanted to charge me a $99.00 service fee to give me an estimate. I asked why and was told that would ensue the service truck to be fully stocked, cover the technicians time, the cost of the insurance, and payment on the vehicle. Holy smokes batman if you service 10 customers a day at $99.00 to cover the cost of the vehicle payment and insurance you are making out like a bandit. Let's do the math folks: If the vehicle cost $90,000.00 and you charge 10 people a day $99.00 you should be able to pay off the vehicle in 100 days. ... read more
I didn’t give it 1 star because they did respond to my call very quickly and were at my house the next day but I had an upstairs sink that needed some plumbing work. The guy came out and gave me an estimate of $1200! He made it seem like it was going to be an extremely difficult job, so difficult he was going to have to bring extra help. There was no way I was going to pay $1200 for this fix so me and a buddy, neither of us plumbers, fixed this job in a day and less than $100. We have used Cutler in the past, service was top notch and quality was perfect. We always recommend them.
Very nice people but they charge 69.00 for an estimate. If price is too high, you are out 69.00 and it does not come off the estimate if you let them do the work.
Service was next day for a nonemergency repair. Tech did a great job in a professional manner.
