The glass that was purchased from Cutler Glass was defective. Even worse, repeated attempts to have Cutler Glass return to the site to address and / or replace simply went unanswered. The glass was under warranty, and so the unwillingness to respond showed a lack of customer interest and business ethic. Not a reputable business.
you cannot find a more helpful nor honest business such as Cutler Glass. I have been a friend of his for 50yrs, and never once heard him say no when asked for help or time. Products that he deals with is all top notch.
