This company is nothing short of disgraceful. The air conditioning was broken for weeks during peak summer heat in Arizona, making the building virtually uninhabitable — and they did absolutely nothing to address it until they were basically browbeaten into fixing it. At the same time, leaks were pouring from the ceiling, compounding the unlivable conditions. Again, they do absolutely nothing. In the Arizona summer A/C was out for weeks and they just wanted opinion after opinion. 3 units stopped working, leaks from the ceiling, tiles dissolving and still no movement. Not to mention mushrooms growing in the bathroom and now just no tiles in the bathroom walls while it’s swampy. Do not do business with this company
Renters beware they are slow to fix exterior issues
We leased a combo office/industrial space from them for 9 years and made it through COVID downturn, road construction and indoor lighting problems. A few "negotiating bumps" surfaced but were all worked out as written in our lease. Enjoyed working with their broker, Jim and appreciated the guidance of Rob, their Property Manager.
