We appreciate the professional and organized communication we receive from the Cutler Commercial team. They are responsive, keep tenants informed, and have been straightforward to work with. We've had to have several maintenance issues done on our commercial warehouses and each time they have scheduled them quickly and with little heartache.
Never had a problem , getting anything fixed in a shop and they're finally getting the place painted.
Brad Burress has been incredibly difficult to work with.
They make everything harder than it needs to be, they are hard to communicate with, and they try to cut corners whenever they can. I would never want to do business with this company, but I need to because they manage the building I am in. They are the reason I want to move. I would never willing hire these people.
Cutler has been great to work with. Vincent and Jennifer are very responsive and make projects easy and smooth. I am happy that I get to work with them and hope to in the future. Top notch.
