Not happy with the overall service. Was over charged for a oil change on a 4 cylinder Lexus $89.95 plus an additional 2 quarts of oil at $11.98. I was over charged extra for services that was not approved. After complaining to the individual who stated he was the manager, he removed some of the charges that was not approved. Checked the vehicle when I got home to notice that missing screws on the panel of the engine compartment. I will not be returning there or recommending anyone there for auto services. I have been going to this Goodyear for several years. They have been reliable, honest and very through. Anytime I have had a issue with my car, the team members have been professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them!
Love this place. Been going there for quite a while and never had a bad experience. Jerry and everyone there are so knowledgeable and vry fair. They even give you a heads up what is needed on the next oil change or if something needs to be taken care of now. I'll be a customer forever.
Jerry & all the guys at the Cutler Bay GoodYear Center are the best! We've been taking all our vehicles to them for a variety of repairs, big & small, as well as tires. They always treat us as if were the most important client they have, no matter how busy they are, and always get the job done right, at a fair price. They have a loyal customer in us!!
Nice to have such a clean, friendly and professional staff that takes care of my car in Cutler Bay. They really care about my needs and worked with me on pricing. The technicians took care of my tires and brakes within a reasonable time. I am very happy with this Goodyear store
