RecommendedWhen I started my solar journey I spoke to several installers. Cutler Bay was the best. Some of them did not even want to come home to discuss. But Cutler Bay explained every detail and installed the PV system. They did a great job. It has been 3 months and I have been paying only the base 9.97 to FPL.
A few years ago, we made the jump to going solar. For us, it was about doing as much as we can to help the environment and we found the added benefit of using backup batteries for storm or nighttime power outages ensuring that we have electricity at all times. The Cutler Bay Solar Solutions team are amazing. From their sales team to the panel installers. They were professional and efficient and friendly. They were always available to answer my questions. They did a phenomenal job installing my panels. I am currently enjoying my $27 electric bill, even after running 2 ac units and a pool pump. Poor or lack of communication. Does not live up to their word regarding installation timelines. you sign the contract and they have you hooked.
This company has no respect for their clients and does not keep their word. In one of the first meetings I have prior to signing the contract Andrew Ortega emphasized how they do not disappear after finishing the service but that is exactly what they do. My first meeting with Andrew was very easy to set and very professional and with the recommendations I found online I decided to install the system with them including back up batteries.
