After more than 3 months researching and physically visiting several golf cart dealers in and out of my area, I found Cutler Bay Carts. After a 40 minute drive one day I arrived at their shop and it was one of the days that they were closed, went back home and returned the following day. I’m glad I did. Honestly, I have yet to meet Tim and his team but every time I call for answers to my questions, Tim usually resolves and gives me the solution. At one point I thought I broke something on the cart and he told me I didn’t and gave me the simple solution. If this isn’t excellent service, I don’t know what is. They Picked up both my golf carts and within a few hours they already had the issues diagnosed and fixed and was able to deliver them back to me the same day . Highly recommend Tim and his team .
Tim and his company are top notch. I have been using tim for over 6 years and he is always reliable, friendly and honest with all work he does.
Tim made our purchase so easy. He carefully explained the difference between Club Car and other manufacturers on the market. They had the color and style we were looking for and financing was a breeze. We bought it on a Thursday late afternoon and he delivered Saturday morning just in time for Wings on the Bay. My wife and I always support our local businesses. Thanks again
