Booked on the app for my son’s Easter haircut. I had never booked on there before . It was confirmed . Then rescheduled. On the app you can ask questions in the messaging part , so I asked what the barbers name would be cutting my son’s hair . They didn’t answer, which is weird because it would have been my first time there and in case the shop was busy I wanted to know who and by what name to address. Great service , I scheduled my appointment on booksy app pulled up about 20 min early and the barber was ready at my appointment time.
