Every time me and my sisters go here for threading, they cut our skin. They do it so roughly and without any care. When we point out the cuts, they just say, “Oh no, it’s just redness after threading,” and never take responsibility or they’ll find issues with our skin and try to cover. They either need to hire properly trained staff or give proper training themselves.

Have always gone here to get my eyebrows thread. They're the best! I eventually tried a lash lift + tint and I'm obsessed. Very kind staff

I went here based on friend’s recommendation. Never had eyelashes done before and wanted to try them for my upcoming holiday. Once they were done I kind of freaked out as it was way more than I anticipated and wasn’t used to the “glam” look. I called them after trying to get used to them for a couple hours and the lady that did my lashes was so sweet and understanding. She let me come back and took a few off so it wasn’t so full.
