Amazing plastic surgeons Dr Bangash and Dr Davarpanah. Extremely kind and understanding. From the moment I met the team to day 9 after tummy makeover surgery, the Cutis team has been by my side. If I could give 100 stars, I would. Thanks Dr Bangash and Dr Davarpanah for changing my life for the best. Also a big thanks to Aimee for being able to organise this all for me. You made the paperwork and pre op information so simple. You are an asset to Cutis team. I love my new body.
I had my operation yesterday and, although I was feeling very nervous and scared beforehand, Dr Bangash and Kirsty made me feel so comfortable from the moment I arrived. They were incredibly reassuring, professional and kind, and we had such lovely chats and laughs that really helped put me at ease. The whole team at the clinic was amazing—warm, caring and attentive throughout. I’ve left feeling so good and genuinely grateful for the wonderful care I received. Thank you all so much!
Very disappointed with this clinic and how my mother and I have been treated. After the first Pico laser my mom’s condition worsened, they didn’t take any responsibility, we had already paid upfront for 3 sessions. They said they can’t guarantee any results then what’s the point of paying for this treatments, they can’t at least give you a solution. Dr. Katherine Robinson is one of the most professional doctors I’ve seen. She’s so knowledgeable in her field and has such a gentle, calming approach. She’s also very skilled at her work and obviously enjoys it. You can tell she really cares for her patients and has their best interest in mind and I always leave a bit lighter and satisfied with our interaction.
I am sharing this review as constructive feedback, with the hope that the clinic can improve its patient experience and assist others in making an informed decision. Unfortunately, my experience at Cutis Clinic Indooroopilly was disappointing due to staff conduct. I am referring to both the reception team and one of the dermatologists I consulted with.
