I did not have a pleasant experience during my recent visit. I attended the clinic based on a recommendation from a friend and had an appointment with Dr Lim. From the outset, the consultation felt extremely rushed. Saw Dr Bangash couple of times also a consult in Brisbane. Unfortunately he didn't follow up with surgery... Big loss to Toowoomba when he moved.
Writing this because I am not able to get in contact with Cutis. I went through Cutis hoping to get a resolution for a stubborn cyst I have had for years. I was booked in with the plastic surgeon who was lovely and increased my dose of antibiotics to help reduce the flare up. I was then booked in for surgery without a check in prior to procedure. Can I give 0 stars? Please save yourself and find somewhere else - somewhere that has some kind of aftercare for their patients... Here is my story. When I booked my initial appointment, I didn’t request anyone specific. I was booked with Dr Lim (the clinic’s top dermatologist) without realising the consult would be significantly more expensive than seeing a nurse.
