HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Very disappointing front line staff with poor service, poor understanding of customer needs, no empathy for a customer's unique situation. No flexibility in patient approach. Seems like they just follow a standard operating manual with no ability to be flexible or deviate depending on the customer unique situation. From the reception team to the nurses and dermatologists, my experience at Cutis Clinic was excellent. Dr. Nasrin was amazing with my laser treatment, and Katie provided such professional care. Lara from the nursing team and reception made everything feel seamless, while Brooke and Caitlin were both incredibly supportive and kind. Every step of the way I felt well looked after. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Every time I come to this clinic, I end up waiting 30–40 mins past my scheduled appointment time. Today, I specifically asked when I checked in whether the doctor was running on time and was told yes, yet I still waited well past my appointment. On top of that, you previously called to reschedule my appointment, which I accommodated, but the same delay happened again. This shows a clear lack of respect for patients and their time.
