I did the big chop on my hair back in 2021! Jennifer Atkins told me to trust the process and trust her! That is exactly what I did! I am so glad I did because now my hair is quite literally down to the middle of my back! If you have the chance to sit in her chair…please do it! The other stylists in her salon are amazing as well! THIS OWNER VIOLATED ADA LAW. I have brought my trained service dog with me 5 times to my appointments on Sundays and it has never warranted a message from the owner saying someone was having allergic reactions in the salon. I came once on a Thur. and upon leaving, a customer in the waiting room saw my dog and apparently thought it was a pet and went to the owner about her being in the salon.
