Terrible experience with my 85 year old mother. She booked and appointmet online for today at 11:15. I drove her there on time and we were told there was no appointment for her at tha time. I asked if she could be seen anyway as it was a very short appointment of 15 min. They said she would had to wait for an hour and a half. My mom has mobility issues and it requires a lot of effort to get there. I had a very disappointing experience at my recent nail appointment, which is especially frustrating given that I am a regular customer at Cutie Pie. I attended my appointment for builder gel removal and asked the nail technician if she could reshape my nails short and squoval, as she was filing them long, square, and sharp. I was told this was not possible because the appointment was for removal only.
