So disrespectful and unprofessional, it’s clear the “type” of people they prefer to cater to/service. I can to this place, that’s now been renamed “Sprinkle Nails”, and I had an appointment. I figured they would have been just as good as the its Cuteticles location, but it’s not. My appointment was for 2, I made the mistake of getting there at 2:20 which I owned up to and called them ahead of time. They really helped me out with an emergency nail situation and were super reasonable on price and did a great job. Of course I had a difficult time communicating, but of a language barrier,but part of that is my fault because I don't know the right terms for certain nail techniques.
This is probably the best nail salon in Passaic that I go to. Mind you it was two nail salons that I actually stopped going because one they were closed on days that I had appointments instead of calling me and letting me know to reschedule. But with this salon I could book my appointments online whenever I'm available or when they are available. I highly recommend this nail salon to anybody in living Passaic
BEWARE!!! They will over charge you and scam you. No set of acrylics worth over $100. They also drink alcohol on the job. Designs and staff skills are terrible. Better off someplace else.
