We purchased the TruBody ID and TruBody Flex and could not be more disappointed. We were promised great service, clinical support as well as marketing support. This has not been our experience. In fact we have reached out for marketing support and have not heard back from anyone at Cutera since winter 2024. Nobody from Cutera has reached out to us either to get an idea of our experience with the devices, which is odd considering we have purchased 4 devices from them.
