We purchased the TruBody ID and TruBody Flex and could not be more disappointed. We were promised great service, clinical support as well as marketing support. This has not been our experience. 1 month to repair the Pearl Fractional head, and when it arrives at the clinic it is still not working. Another month has passed and we still have not received it, which means great economic losses and discredit for our beauty center.
