I paid $178 for a full set and a jelly spa pedicure which was all watered down. Not even a jelly filled spa. The tech did not know how to use the products and Kelly asking other techs, her “massages” were anything but relaxing. My nails after asking 3 times to file the pinky fingers correctly because it was crooked she seemed upset I kept bugging and still didn’t do it right. The new owners are doing a great job! I love their updates. Mimi is an amazing nail tech. I see her every time I go in and I’m never disappointed. She is gentle and pays attention to the details, never rushing. I really appreciate her and I’m so glad I found her!
I was a returning customer but the experience I had today I will not be going back. The nail technician Joile was great until I told her the design was wrong. When I reshowed her the picture she stated I was wrong. After that I asked her just to remove the design and continue with a French tip.
