They fried my hair! I went here a little over a week ago to get a blowout. I didn’t request nor authorize the use of any chemicals in my hair. But I suspect they used some because I washed my hair and my previously beautiful 4c curls were limp and brittle and my hair was coming out in chunks. If you are African American with natural hair, PLEASE avoid this place!!!!
Just walked out of this place with three of my daughters with two of them with wet hair. The people in this place DO NOT know how to interact with children or talk to customers I've never been so upset with anyone like I was with the 2 ladies that work there. Very Very Very unprofessional and bias on other races getting their hair done. I live in the neighborhood and I will never reccomend it step foot in this place again. Refuse to spend my money on unprofessional and rude workers. Wish I can give it no stars. Bad just Bad!
Maria knows how to do hair. But she is rude and she overcharge when her store is empty.
