We stayed at this place for our annual family reunion and we enjoyed every minute of it. The place was very clean and well stocked. The pool was pristine, the rooms were spacious, their wifi service was very fast. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Chicken and Waffle (the donkeys available for petting) were an added bonus. Both houses on premise cooled quickly, we didn't suffer the Texas heat. They even accommodated the camper we decided to bring. All in all, I highly recommend this cutesy ranch.
