This CUTCO location does not exist anymore. Drove 80 miles to the North Olmsted, Ohio location Saturday, June 16, 2024 to find this out! Terribly inconsiderate to currently posting "Open Store Hours" on Google for a closed permanently location.
Good customer service Pricey but great knives. They get sharpened for free for life.
Great customer service and knives!! I placed an online order and received it quickly. Super excited to gift a whole new set to my family member after their favorite cutco knife of 30+ years was permanently borrowed by someone. Must be that great if they’re worth stealing lol
Came to this store at noon, sign said they would be back at 1. Came back at 1:30, handwritten sign said be back at 3. It's now 3:10, door is locked but the neon sign says open. I called, no answer, no voice mail I will try and find another place to get my knives sharpened.
Supposed to sharpen your knives. Sales agent never responded. Paid 250 for a knife that is dull now 2 years later.
