Love my Cutco knives but the Customerservice at the Creve Coeur location is terrible. Not sure what the man’s name is, but he was there when I dropped them off and when I picked them up and he was rude both times.
Tabetha Brake, had came to our house and sat down with my fiance, my son, and my self. She went over the product of the Cutco knives. At first I had no intention of purchasing. I was just going to listen to the pitch. But I had the opportunity to learn about the quality of cutco and the durability of the product. I will be a cutco customer for many years. Got knives back from being sharpened and didn't even last a week. Not impressed.
