Customer service is second to none. By far, the easiest and best company I've ever dealt with (right there with Chewy :). I sold Cutco knives a long time ago - probably about 23 years ago. I bought a set to demonstrate. 23 years later - I sent about 90% of them back to Cutco as they were dull, 1 had a tip missing and 1 was completely broken. Within 2 weeks, I had brand new knives. I will continue to recommend this brand as the product is amazing and they stand by it 100%. Thank you!
