Edited to add: since you want to lie, down to one star. Also added pictures of what the sway bar links looked like leaving your shop. Amazingly incompetent. Took my vehicle in for wheel bearing noise. Was told they test drove it and heard no noise. Weird, it doesn't come and go. It's steady. They tell me there is no noise but the rear brakes are grinding and that is the noise. Fine, fix it. They call me when the rear brakes are done and now they can suddenly hear the bearing noise.
