I worked with Faith Hess the design consultant. I will just state facts as I see them and won't even go into all the details which were less than acceptable. Faith is very nice but took no responsibility or apologized for mistakes. Part of the problem is I liked her so much I didn't speak up when I should have at times. This little drape project started in January 2019 and completed in June 2019! The order was to replace drapes on an existing rod that I had on an arched window. After FIVE appointments for install, (one was cancelled at the last minute by installer) they still could not get the arched rod properly installed. They came out four times to either pick up or try to install. They used three different installers. It was horrible work and service. The last time they came I left them alone to work and when they left they didn't even ask me to see it. I think they knew it was not right. I contacted the owner, and asked that he come look at it as pictures did not show how off it was. It seemed he had already been spoken to about the issue as he did not want to come by and he said he saw pictures and it was fine. He also acted as though install was not included although it is listed on the estimate. He then spoke about what a crappy rod I had as it had holes in it and it looked home made. The holes were to sew the curtain to it. That's what is called custom work done from the window treatment made 15 years ago. There were other mistakes made for which Faith took no responsibility. Here we are 6 months later and I paid an additional $125 to correct the mess. If you need a professional installer, I recommend you contact Paige at 916-539-4086, Kim Hayden Customs.
Also to note, they called and collected final payment before final installation, although terms on the estimate state balance due on completion. I did not shop around so not sure how reasonably priced they are but I would never do business with this company again. The owner did not back up the poor workmanship.
