Last visit completely missed the mark, the entire experience felt like a burden to the staff from the minute I walked in the door and was met with a :/ stare. I always ask for all one length because I can't stand shorter pieces falling out when it's up. I also showed how much I wanted off which was about 4 inches. The length I showed was definitely longer than my shoulders yet my hair is the shortest its been since I was a teenager and it's layered cuz pieces are shorter than others.
Went in anxious, explained thoroughly what I wanted to the barber and she did what I asked and kept adding improvements. Go zena she was so kind and understanding. I'll keep in touch.
Maritza was awesome! She was super welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfy right away. My haircut was exactly what I wanted, and she really paid attention to all the details. I left feeling great and refreshed. Can't wait for my next appointment!
