Once again, I have not been disappointed! ALEC is the best. He knows how to find the problem and work it through. First time he worked out a series knots in my shoulder. I have never had some of these release techniques before. I had some neat leopard patterns on my back. I felt so much better as I healed afterwards. My latest treatment was to my lower back.
