Just did the knife sharpening course. Brilliant work - Aidan is passionate about his work, articulate, knowledgeable , and a great trainer. I’d highly recommend you attend!
Won’t look at my knives the same , great fun in the sharpening class with stacks of knowledge to back it up . I’m hooked 🔪
Aiden was a fantastic person to work with. Excellent instructions, very clear on safety and very caring when my dumbass didn't pay attention. Gave very precise answers to obscure questions that a nerd has, and very patient with us. 10/10 would recommend.
Awesome experience!! If you want to live out your fantasy of being a blacksmith for a day and then walk away with a sweet knife at the end of it then this is the experience for you!
