I have come here twice for a sauna, and both times I’ve shown up and the door has been locked and I’ve had to wait outside for over 15 minutes. This time, I actually just left and head home because it doesn’t even seem like anyone is in the building at all. Very frustrating and unprofessional to post schedule openings for a sauna that people can pay to book and then have nobody even in the building to let them in.

Simply excellent. Great strength workouts that move at a solid cadence. The coaches set Cut Seven above all others in the area. Fantastic dispositions. Outstanding form input. Go for a week (your muscles will confirm your time is well spent! As will your feel good chemicals) and if you are committed to caring for your body, I trust you will keep coming back. I did.
Best workout by far - the kind you get when you hire a personal trainer - including the encouragement to keep going!
