Our selection of spas includes both Bullfrog and Viking tubs. We have a full line of chemicals and accessories for both pools and spas. We have the largest parts department in the area. We also service and install our own pools and spas.

This was the only pool company who had the answers to why our pool was staining. Too much manganese. They gave us some absorbic acid to pour in pool and the problem was fixed right away. Two other companies in RI could only suggest resurfacing our brand new pool and were too quick to draw up estimates $$$. Definitely a big fan of this pool store.
Too busy to service existing customers – Bought a Down East 5 person spa at the 2009 Providence Home Show. It ran fine until the middle of May 2010 when it kept tripping the breaker. I called repeatedly day after day and they failed to pick up the phone so I could only leave a message, I finally got a return call from a service person who said it would be two weeks before I would get a service call because "this is their busy time" or something like that. Awful Customer Service – The staff is very friendly and they might think they're helpful but they're not. They hire a bunch of kids, tell them how to test pool water and let them run the place. I had a problem with my pool water. I took it in several times and these kids tested it, handed me a $25 bottle of something, told me to dump it in and sent me on my way. great company – My sister had ordered a pool from cutprice a couple of years ago and had a great experience, so i decided to get one from them as well. I was hesitant since they're a little over an hour away. I ordered a pool and had it delivered to my home in two days. They walked me through some of the basic pool care tips in person and over the phone.
