Very impressed with the service from start to finish. John came out personally to look at the flooring required. He explained things clearly, gave a quote and fitting date straight away. The fitter arrived on time and worked quietly, neatly and efficiently. I paid the bill, job done. I am absolutely over the moon with the new flooring. Very happy to have found a new flooring supplier. And very happy with John and his team! Cannot recommend highly enough.
Finding John was an absolute relief after we had a terrible experience at Tapi Cambridge (long delays, unhelpful staff). He came to our house, measured up, took the order and one week later the carpet was fitted perfectly. John and his team were friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble.
